Sorasich joined the MAIDS programme in June 2009 after his internship at the French NGO, the International Movement ATD Fourth World, and at the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels, Belgium. Although of Thai nationality, Sorasich has completed his post-graduate studies abroad in France. He holds a certificate of Political Sciences from Institute of Political Studies, Grenoble, and two M.A. degrees in European Studies from Institute of Political Studies, Grenoble and in International Development from Institute of Political Studies, Bordeaux.

Chayata joined the MAIDS programme in April 2011 after she finished her duties as a professor at the Center of Language Institute, Chulalongkorn University. Chayata holds a B.A. degree from the faculty of Political Sciences majoring in International Relations, Chulalongkorn University and a M.A. degree in English as an International Language, which is an international program at Chulalongkorn University.

Thanaporn worked as a Merchandiser for J.C. Penney's Representative Office in Bangkok before joining the MAIDS program in late 2007. For over 10 years she coordinated operations between Thailand and the department store's head office in the United States.
